Our recruitment methodology is the same for retained and contingency search.  While the need to approach each search is different, our methodology remains the same. We take a close, personal and unique approach to everything we do.  Our methodology is proven for finding, vetting and providing a candidate short -list filled with top talent.  Our greatest advantage is transparency.  Our methodology works and we know other firms don't take the time or have the skills to duplicate our process.

Our 4-Step Methodology

1. Tailor our search strategy - every organization is unique, one solution does not fit all.  We work with you to identify core competencies, match personality to corporate culture,  match compensation to expectations.  Our expertise allows us to provide competitive compensation analysis, when considering location, industry,  and economic trends.  This will allow us to fairly value talent, so you can attract a list of high-caliber candidates. 

2. Find and Curate Candidates - After we have determined key traits we are looking for and the compensation that will incentivize them, we begin our search.  Reaching out to candidates through all of our sources.  This will generate a list of 20 to 100 candidates. 

3. Curating and Qualifying Candidates - After we have established a list of candidates, we move to evaluations. First identifying the level of skill to match our clients needs.  The list is narrowed down and the top 5 -10 Candidates are taken through an extensive interview process, focusing in 4 specific areas: the progression of career journey, identifying career hopes and aspirations, evaluate soft skills and finding their 'Chi'  why they are looking to make the move - does it make sense, or are they just shopping.   

This process helps to eliminate hiring the right skills and the wrong fit for your company, which can be very costly financial and in time.


4. Selecting Your Candidate - Once we have narrowed your options, we share the results. You will get a look into your candidates' competency evaluation, and soft skill assessment and select the top 2 - 3 candidates to meet.  We will customize our reference process the to address any questions you may have.  At this point you move into offer and negotiations, these are simple and transparent conversations due to the pre-vetting and compensation analysis we had done earlier. 

From here we shift to your time frame, and move at your pace. We support you so you can act with purpose and urgency. 

We take a deep dive, without skipping over any step, so you can make faster hires.
